Bill Kopp Sets The Record Straight About Those StopTitan “Radical Environmentalists!”

County Commissioner Bill Kopp, concerned about his re-election to the 5-member board of New Hanover County Commissioners, has sent a letter out to his financial supporters. That letter, attached here, has a special message to all the citizens who have expressed concerns about the potential economic, environmental and health impacts of Titan’s proposed cement plant.
